Nurture Culture® is a Limited Liability Company founded by Master of Business Administration, Scott Carl Beltz, in the State of Pennsylvania in February 2019. Since March 2021, “NURTURE CULTURE” is a brand trademark owned by Nurture Culture® LLC in the Human Resource category through the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Nurture Culture’s value proposition provides solutions for problems derived from unhealthy cultures in the global economy. Tested minimal viable products (MVPs) use culture audit and analysis and culture management solutions for small and large businesses. Non-business entities, like athletic teams and community organizations, where people work together, are capable of onboarding culture solutions. Sole proprietors and individual professionals are included as business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) scalable markets.
Sub market categories are established in the Culture as Service industry by Nurture Culture’s industry and market analyses developed by in-house cultivation and collaboration with prominent private and public academic institutions. These sub categories within the Culture as Service industry incorporate four classifications, those being Culture Specific, Culture Services, Culture Software, and Culture Consultants.
To be successful in the emerging Culture as Service industry, among direct competition with billion dollar organizations, in a growing, multi-trillion dollar industry, Nurture Culture® seeks to penetrate the industry to secure market share in all four sub markets. The company’s goal is to acquire no less than 50% share of the total Culture as Service market, not including none culture markets penetrated by culture services competitors like organizational development.
To date, Nurture Culture® accrued nearly six figures in funding. Sources of funding incorporates revenue acquisition, state grants, personal loans, and family gifts. Funding has been used to generate MVP procedures for two services, CSCORE™ and CULTURE7™, to develop market analyses with numerous academic institutions, such as Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania Lehigh University, Moravian University, and Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania (Bloomsburg), to coordinate 1 full-time employee (not including founder), 2 independent contractors, 5 part-time volunteers (including one strategic investor), and 8 student paid and unpaid intern collaboration, and multiple forms of network engagement such as in-person and hybrid presentations, international and local podcasts, local and regional volunteer efforts, and one in-person television shoot.
Nurture Culture’s vision is gold-standard empathy. Founder, Scott Beltz, coined two important concepts for the company. The first being that culture is energy felt by all people, and that this energy is quantifiable to increase both cultural success and profit margin. The second is that Nurture Culture® takes a non-barrier marketing approach to sell its services. These concepts, combined, incite that wherever there are people, and people to sell to, culture can be improved and profit can be increased for the bettering of all stakeholders involved.
