Scott created a business plan to improve engagement and productivity of workers for them to have more time at home with their families while earning his MBA, graduating in August 2018 from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
He founded Nurture Culture® LLC In February 2019. Nurture Culture's minimal viable products (MVPs) include human capacity management services CSCORE™ and CULTURE7™ alongside Doula Energy™ and Spirit Coaching™ professional coaching. Nurture Culture's service portfolio greatly improved after a successful CSCORE™ project in 2020 with a marketing company in Brooklyn, New York.
2021 saw Scott's team grow then shrink. He worked with JuxtaHub, a 501c3 nonprofit, to help their DEI committee as well as their Board to develop a foundation for their company's Manifest statements. Nurture Culture® conducted two industry analyses within the Culture-as-Service market with Lehigh University, Bloomsburg University, and Moravian University Nurture Culture® identified its brand must be all four market categories as an industry player with a focus on the market's major Culture Management need. Scott developed new theorem for CSCORE™ by quantifying Fortune 1000 annual reports empathetic terminology, and sourced university research assistance for confirmation of his findings.
Nurture Culture's second CSCORE™ project was completed with a counseling firm to close 2022. Scott partnered with the counseling firm to develop procedures to ensure empathy is intregated in Nurture Culture's engagement with partners. Space holding initiatives as post service engagement reflections are now built into Nurture Culture's servicing to ensure closure and growth.
Further research indicated, based on input from Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Human Resource Professionals, that professionals are still people; meaning, that even if teams within companies understand the results they receive through Culture-as-Service audits and management, they still need support with the emotion brought about by the intensive servicing.
Thoughts and feelings expressed are reflections from professionals who have dedicated effort toward Nurture Culture's operations, team, and brand growth since the brand's founding.
