Scott generates success output with numerous professional, collegiate, and community projects that impact the lives of industries, companies, professionals, communities, families, and students.
He markets his brands locally and internationally, drawing attention to topics such as Culture-as-Service, mental health, spiritual living, and numerous fields of interest including artistries, philosophies, and physiques.
Output from these projects have quantified markets, produced donations, and procured deliverables focusing on business development, professional development, and cultural evolution.
Scott has inspired integrative internships with global universities, and expanded collaborative influence via hybrid mediums, ultimately growing international engagement.
Case studies promote collaboration procured through Scott's success becoming a Master of Business Administration.
Under the supervision of the Owner of Ruggiero Funeral Home, LLC, Scott conducted preliminary End of Life Doula (Death Doula) responsibilities such as preparing hearses for funerals by detailing said vehicle. Additionally, he contributed to community efforts such as volunteering to speak to youth football programs, and under the table labor for residential landscaping.
Scott worked three consecutive summers at C. F. Martin Guitar & Co. as Summer Help for the Maintenance Department, in his first and second summer, then successively as an Intern in the Quality Assurance Department. To bolster his coaching ability, he coordinated lifting and conditioning workouts for the Pen Argyl Area High School football team throughout his collegiate athletic career.
Working alongside his brother, Stephen Carl Beltz, Scott garnered several pragmatic and abstract skills such as customer relationship management, owner apprenticeship, shop maintenance, event setup, and box truck operation at Metz Amusements & Concessions LLC while servicing a large portion of Eastern Pennsylvania.
In this Special Issue: Business, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Toward Poverty Reduction, Scott procured a review of the English copy developed by international professors Steven Si, Bloomsburg U. of Pennsylvania/ Zhejiang University (USA/China), John Cullen, Washington State University (USA), Sharon Alvarez, University of Pittsburg (USA), Jiang Wei, Zhejiang University (China), and David Ahlstrom, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong).
Throughout his graduate assistantship, Scott researched material surrounding the concept and application of entrepreneurship to lay the foundation for a new major and minor at the Ziegler College of Business (ZCOB).
In the 2nd Husky Dog Pound, Scott coached collegiate competitors in the first two rounds, ordered competition trophies and swag bags, photographed the event's final round, and organized the competition's documentation system. This "Shark-Tank" like business competition featured college and high school competitors from Bloomsburg University and high schools across the country.
Scott received 1st place in the Financial Management graduate course's market simulator with 8.31% gain on $1 million operating cash flow.
Scott and a team of MBA candidates presented a project in their Global Business graduate course based on the efficacy of penetrating a McDonald's franchise within the fast food market of Nigeria.
Scott earned 2nd Place in the Marketing Management graduate course's auto industry sales simulator.
To complete his MBA Practicum, Scott worked with a 7 figure small business owner in operations management. He trained new employees, handled B2C customer services and transactions, and ran small events in his second consecutive summer working with Metz Amusements & Concessions LLC.
For two months, from December 2018 to January 2019, Scott procured sales with business owners in-person, closed said sales onsite, and developed a unique customer relationship management (CRM) portfolio to contribute to the regional sales efforts of US Energy Solutions Inc.
Coordinating with Managing Partner of Ideal Energy Solutions LLC, Cody O'Connor, Scott offered strategic insights regarding interpersonal communication and professional development.
Nurture Culture® LLC's minimal viable product (MVP), the Culture Observation, was developed alongside Corinne's corporate and academic expertise. The MVP evolved into CSCORE™ for employee audit services to quantify culture based on 10 Culture Metrics featuring foundational research including industrial and organizational psychology, positive psychology practices, appreciate inquiry, and active constructive responding.
Scott joined PhD Candidate Corinne Ronemus, among several others, through a 12-week intensive community study based on University of Pennsylvania material. Participants used positive psychology techniques through group expressions and guided accountability.
Scott provided strategic insights and vision consulting to Marquez Norford, Owner and Head Coach of CustomFit Training Solutions, such as mission statements, core values, brand identity, and ideal directives.
During the Holiday season, Scott conducted onsite vision consulting at a hospice location for JAACF. Results featured environment suggestions and examples of present positivity and neglected negativity.
Nurture Culture's flagship service CSCORE™, formerly a Culture Observation, was conducted with this Brooklyn based guerilla street marketing company. The company received its Culture Book and were given culture management solutions to improve deviated metrics based on their aggregate culture score.
Culture Confessions was originated by Veronica Krolikowski, a Catholic Christian, who created accountability segments for listeners to better themselves professionally. Scott built upon this foundation for professionals and entrepreneurs to "confess" their cultural experiences, and hosted the podcast until its three final segments in 2021.
To help families in need, Nurture Culture's team gathered and distributed clothing donations for Brooklyn, New York, in tandem with J&M Distribution.
Nurture Culture® held its first internship with MBA candidate Alex Annan. Scott worked with Alex to develop sales strategies based on cold calling, and hosted an episode of Culture Confessions called "Setting the Tone".
Throughout the course of the early months in the 2020 global pandemic, Scott held space for a small business owner and coworking space operator to gauge social media growth and develop small business operations.
Nurture Culture's vision consulting assisted this small business owner with his brand's direction, technical service development, and small business goals which help to lay the foundation for its evolution into BKWeb Media.

As an emerging Energy Doula, Scott intuitively drove to Savannah, Georgia to conduct, unknowingly, his first "sex work" with an experienced Birth Doula and former Psychotherapist. He helped her experience increased vocalization of throat chakra energies and a profound sense of acknowledgement for her having called in the experience due to her altar and oracle card readings.
In an international conference related to TEDxCondado, Scott expressed his life's experiences related to mental health, suicide survival, Culture-as-Service, and doula techniques for live listeners.

This ceremony included developing a custom "Medicine Wheel" in the shape of the Flower of Life out of repurposed bark and cut tree limbs from a tree which was struck down by lightening. The healing alchemized wounded energy released by persons for transmission of unhealed currents of energies to be seen, heard, felt, and healed by two Druids, one being masculine and the other, feminine.
In this unique project, Scott delivered insights related to visioning and strategy. He also orchestrated development of a concept video for the promotion of the original Thanksgiving story tied to the Native Americans and Plymouth Pilgrims.
During the winter season, Nurture Culture's team worked with a Lehigh University marketing major to develop an industry analysis. The Culture-as-Service market was built into four market categories (Culture Specific, Culture Services, Culture Software, Culture Consultants), and the intern developed a low-high respondency chart based on industry players use of interviews, engagement analyses, and relevant service tools.
While intuitively organizing a fallen tree that was struck by lightening, Scott created a flower of life ceremonial meditation space. This space was a conduit for expressed, wounded feminine energy (shouted out from atop the remaining tree's stump) to be transmuted a new into light and love. The farm received Scott's essence by way of organic ceremony transmutation.

This partner was experiencing uncertainty related to vision alignment. Scott held space for the professional to express personal and work restrictions to reflect recommendations based on Doula Energy™ servicing.
While navigating multiple self and associate vision quests, Scott engaged with a seer to transmute their dense energy into higher vibrating rays of light. On the property, he identified an energy within the homeowner's bedroom, and performed his first exorcism as an actualizing seer. This photography business owner received several Doula Energy™ services based on emergency need and requested heart reading. Upon finalizing a total immersion space holding for the owner's cross-country vision quest, Scott held space for the small business owner and a close associate to navigate suppressed trauma individually and collectively.

The Associate Dean of the Zeigler College of Business, as the project's lead consultant, curated a concise marketing summary to identify Nurture Culture's SWOT and market opportunities based on aligning all four culture market categories within Nurture Culture's service portfolio.
Scott held space for his family during the passing of a loved one. The mother of the one who passed said, "it's more than they did," in reference to Scott's chakra cleansing and forgiveness 'End of Life Doula' ceremony, as compared to the resident hospital theologian. He used moon water to clear stagnant energies, and forgave his loved one for past perceived wrongs to his person.
Lehigh Consulting Group (LCG) is a student run organization which assessed Scott's needs regarding Nurture Culture's analysis of empathetic language in 10-K annual reports. Results correlated "EMPATHY" and "CULTURE" as low hit rates in comparison to larger hits such as "COMPANY" and "EMPLOYEE". Further work in the subsequent semester identified CSCORE™ improvement areas related to DEI based on annual report market identification and analysis.
At the 4th Husky Dog Pound, a state-wide 'Shark-Tank' style business competition, Scott represented Nurture Culture® as a collegiate competition judge. Comments provided by Scott engaged undergraduates in assessing entrepreneurial effectiveness based on break even point goals.
Scott held space for a small business owner to navigate work life balance among pressing collaborative efforts across multiple synergistic fronts. The Doula Energy™ techniques were applied to develop secure space holding and maintain cross-relationship dynamics regarding peer-to-peer engagement.
Moravian's graduate program collaborated with Scott to develop a comprehensive Culture-as-Service report. Final report findings indicated the market has a pressing need for culture management among routine surveys lacking followup engagement. Druid ᚢ Healing occurred during the Imbolc transition (End of January to Beginning of February) where two sovereign occurrences of nature recognition were experienced and a powerful ward reality bend was placed upon the roughly 2 acre property for protection.
Druid ᚢ Healing and Doula ☤ Healing was procured simultaneously for Scott's family member. He used runes to help commune with his family member's deceased son, and incorporated Doula tactics such as shadow work to guide increased understanding of her son's present spirit.
In a multi-hour phone conversation, Scott held space for this Ally to reflect on her experiences since they worked with one another. This constituted Shadow Work as a continuation of Doula ☤ Healing for her to further embody the growth and healing that occurred through Scott's guidance.

Multiple forms of Doula ☤ Healing occurred for a Native American woman of Cherokee descent from the Missouri River Valley peoples. Intentional travel assistance, space holding, water ceremony, and vision alchemizing made healing possible for a missing sister made found.
Building upon End of Life Doula servicing, as a part of Doula ☤ Healing, Scott helped a family member with the first stages of Property Healing, through Druid ᚢ Healing, by organizing sentimentally energized items among generational clutter.
As a Native American guide and Assistant Director, Scott worked directly with former Mr. New Zealand and Mr. Australia, Adrian “AJ” Mullard, to generate multi-platform content for his project, “The Dreamer”, which aims to bring people’s perspective of the American Dream to global streaming.
